I won’t sell you on anything you don’t need, and I’m especially not the car-salesmen type. I want my clients to end up being a friend by the end of our project together.

You’re in luck. I don’t have an hourly rate. I base it on a per-project basis. It does come with some minor restrictions, such as I won’t do 27 revisions because your spouse doesn’t like the color purple. But I am easy to work with. And please be honest with what you want to spend. Trust me, I hate this question more than you do.

I do not have certain hours that I work. I do have insomnia quite often, so I work whenever creativity hits me. It might be during the day, or in the middle of the night when ideas are constantly going through my head and keeping me awake. While our initial conversation will be over the phone, I do prefer email, so I have things in writing as far as revisions and such. If I have questions that I do not understand, we can set up a time for a call or video chat.

Of course! And I understand your frustration. This is actually going to require work on your end as well, but I can guide you. Template examples are set up with tons of content to make them look great. That is how they sell you on them. But you’re going to also have to come up with content as well. I can help you write it, but ultimately, it’s your website, so the content has to be from you, as you know your business better than I. I am a proficient writer in AP style systems, and can proofread and wordsmith your copy. Or we can also discuss talking points and I can write it, and you change what is needed. Also, photography is also a major part of what makes a site look good, and that is additional fees, as simple iPhone photos just are not professional, and you want your shots to be consistent.

I can also build your website from scratch. Companies like Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify have built in sales tools, but with hidden costs and their templates are very expensive, as well as very limited on what they can do. So unless you are selling something on your website, I advise against this. If you’ve already purchased everything, I can do my best to make it look amazing with what I have to work with.

I accept typically Venmo or PayPal at 50% down. But check will work as well, it will just take a few days to clear. During that time, we can still jump on a call and get the process going, or I can explain more in detail about myself so you have a better understanding of my process.

If you are unhappy with how the process/design is turning out, I can offer you your deposit back. However once we pass the middle milestone, I cannot offer you a refund, as I have already put my expertise and time on your project.
