I am a design entrepreneur who believes that product, psychology, and brand design are cornerstones of any business. I founded Brandhaus, a Las Vegas-based design and branding firm in 2007. Working with Healthcare clients for close to 25 years, I am also the Chapter-Founder of the social movement organization Becauseisaidiwould.org and donates my time to Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada at their yearly Camp Firefly, as well as volunteering for The Special Olympics of Nevada and Arizona.
I have always been intrigued by the Bauhaus style brought forth in Germany in 1919, and this minimalist style can also be seen in my work. I live by the phrase “less is more”, and take a partnership approach with my clients, helping them anticipate and move to the next level. I integrate award winning visual solutions with marketing and business goals in mind. Careful attention to branding results in forward-thinking design that is then applied to all tiers of the client gaps.
I also believe that all artistic and mind disciplines – including architecture, graphic design, fashion, product design, psychology and business can be interrelated in the design process. Effective integration of these disciplines results in simple, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions that respond to each of my clients need.
I have been a member of AIGA, as well as a guest lecturer to design students at Michigan State University where I obtained my Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design as well as Psychology. I have also participated in portfolio critiques for MSU Department of Art & Art History’s design graduates, and have also taught design courses at Michigan State University, among others.
The best brands never start out with the intent of building a great brand. They focus on building a great – and profitable – product or service with your organization that can sustain it. I develop the identity, brand campaigns, strategies, and marketing that build trust with your audience.
